- Paint a picture: Every homeowner wants to know that someone great is building a legacy where they used to live. In fact, the opposite is NOT true… nobody wants their old home that they sold to be trashed, do they?
- Romance the Seller: This is not just about money, it’s about an experience. Make the other party feel like they want to sell their home to you and only to you.
