Missing the market

“We should be careful to get out of an experience only the wisdom that is in it—and stop there—lest we be like the cat that sits down on a hot stove-lid. She will never sit down on a hot stove-lid again, and that is well; but also she will never sit down on a cold one anymore.”

Should one wait to sell because of the fact that there were so many people who lost their homes in short sales and foreclosures during the down market?

What if a buyer continues to wait so long that she actually misses a golden opportunity?

That would be like the cat that would never sit down on a stove-lid again for fear that it may be hot.

Remember this…good houses priced correctly sell in every market.

Unlike the average agents, we operate in the market our clients are currently in, taking care to not reminisce about the past and not overcompensate in the other direction.

Use wisdom and experience to help clients determine where the current market is and how they can apply that knowledge to make decisions that are the best outcome for their situation.

My team and I provide wise counsel to clients on real estate market cycles.
