Here’s why…

All the news media is old, reports you see released are old, even data from local association is old. 

That’s because it takes time to publish and compiled everything to get it out to those outlets. 

Because of that, even what other real estate agents tell you may already be outdated by at least 2- 3 months 😱😱😱

Here’s an example to prove it…

👥 We knew that interest rate hikes were coming way back in December of 2021…

But it wasn’t until Apr-May of 2022 did people start to catch on…💩

😅 And that just from the people that were working in real estate 🏚

This was a massive shift from the feds to slow down inflation and keep home prices in check…

But if you knew this in 🤶December, you would have bought a home, which many people did 🛟

But so many others didn’t and have missed out, unfortunately this translates to having to rent at super high prices. 😭😭

Over the last few weeks of catching up with so many buyers and sellers the story repeats itself…

🗣 “We want to wait to see what happens to the market…”

But how will you know if prices are going high beyond your reach ❌😵

Or there is a real crash happening? 🤷🏻‍♂️

(BTW, everyone says they want the buy low, but the truth is, they are too scared when the prices are low, fear of it going even lower)
