    Ep 13 - Licensed to kill with Jason Fiala

    Jason is a Long Beach native, graduate of Millikan High, and LBCC drop out. College just got in the way of him chasing his dream to be a rock star. Jason played drums with and for many local bands growing up and had way more fun than he should have.  Listen here: https://pod.link/1633349091 After the realization that the rock star life was probably not going to happen, a realization helped by his first child, he was offered a job killing bugs. It was shortly thereafter that he found Microsoft Excel and the beauty of business budgeting and projecting. After quickly moving up the ranks at one of the State’s largest companies, and plugging in some numbers, it was obvious that the future would be much brighter if he ventured out on his own.    He grew and sold his first company, and bought into another company that would become the biggest termite company in the state. When 2008 hit that company did not make the right moves fast enough and was lost. He started an MMA gym but again learned many many lessons there.    He started Premium Termite and Pest Control in 2011 with all of the hard lessons learned from past endeavors with the mission to build lifelong relationships by having fun as a team, compassion for the community and abroad and truly caring for the customer.  Jason has a beautiful wife, Claudia, and 6 kids!!!!  Oh and by the way, he has recently rekindled his rock star dreams and is playing most weekends with his church worship team!!!    Subscribe to my podcast.     Everything you hear about real estate is outdated…

      First, watch the video here ➡️ https://youtu.be/NVdhEVXVYJY Here’s why… All the news media is old, reports you see released are old, even data from local association is old.  That’s because it takes time to publish and compiled everything to get it out to those outlets.  Because of that, even what other real estate agents tell you may already be outdated by at least 2- 3 months 😱😱😱 Here’s an example to prove it… 👥 We knew that interest rate hikes were coming way back in December of 2021… But it wasn’t until Apr-May of 2022 did people start to catch on…💩 😅 And that just from the people that were working in real estate 🏚 This was a massive shift from the feds to slow down inflation and keep home prices in check… But if you knew this in 🤶December, you would have bought a home, which many people did 🛟 But so many others didn’t and have missed out, unfortunately this translates to having to rent at super high prices. 😭😭 Over the last few weeks of catching up with so many buyers and sellers the story repeats itself… 🗣 “We want to wait to see what happens to the market…” But how will you know if prices are going high beyond your reach ❌😵 Or there is a real crash happening? 🤷🏻‍♂️ (BTW, everyone says they want the buy low, but the truth is, they are too scared when the prices are low, fear of it going even lower) ✅ So I put together this quick market update to numbers that are happening, not 3 months ago, not 2 weeks ago, but RIGHT NOW 👈 I send this to my private VIP clients.
